1. U.K. post and packing: orders .up to £25 add £2.50; up to £40 add £3:50; up to £60 add £5.00: up to £90 add £7.00. Carriage on bulk orders (more than 6) or orders over £90 charged at cost, please enquire. EU: up to £25 add £3:50; up to £40 add £6.00; up to £60 add £9.00; over £60 at cost. Rest of world: up to £25 add £5.00; up to £40 add £9.00; up to £60 add £11.00; over £60 at cost. All orders will be invoiced in £sterling. Payments made in currency other than £sterling will incur additional transaction charges.
2. Bulk order discounts: 6-19 books 10%: 20-49 15%: 50+ 20% (excluding CDs, DVDs, videos, index).
3. Goods are not normally supplied on approval. Please call for samples before ordering if required.
4. All goods supplied remain the property of SIGNALONG until payment is received in full.
5. Returned goods will only be accepted by prior agreement. Credits will only be issued for goods received in a saleable condition, and a handling and administration charge will be made for orders fulfilled in good faith.
